Integrations

Connect your Jira and GitHub accounts to enable agent runs.

Jira

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Add integration > Jira
  2. Enter your Atlassian domain (e.g. mycompany.atlassian.net)
  3. Enter your Jira project key (e.g. PROJ)
  4. Enter your Atlassian email and API token
  5. Click Save — TicksyAI will verify the connection

GitHub

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Add integration > GitHub
  2. Enter your repository (e.g. myorg/myrepo)
  3. Create a personal access token with repo scope
  4. Enter the token and click Save

Assigning to a project

After adding integrations to your org pool, go to Settings > Projects and assign a Jira integration and a GitHub integration to each project. A project needs both to run agents.
