Getting Started

Welcome to TicksyAI — AI agents that process your Jira tickets automatically.

1. Create your account

Sign up at ticksyai.wedevit.fr. Verify your email, then log in.

2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication

For security, 2FA is required. Go to Settings > Security and scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy.

3. Add an integration

Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your Jira instance and GitHub repository. You'll need:

  • Jira: your Atlassian domain, project key, email and API token
  • GitHub: a personal access token with repo scope

4. Configure a project

Go to Settings > Projects, create a project, and assign your Jira integration and GitHub integration to it.

5. Run your first agent

Go to Agents > TicketPilot, enter a Jira ticket key (e.g. PROJ-42), and click Run. Results appear in Run History within 1–2 minutes.
