These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TicksyAI service at ticksyai.wedevit.fr.

2. Service Description

TicksyAI is a SaaS platform providing AI agents to automate software development workflows, including ticket analysis, standup generation, PR review, sprint planning, and documentation generation.

3. Beta Access

The service is currently in closed beta. Registration requires an invitation. WeDevIt reserves the right to accept or decline any access request. No SLA is guaranteed during the beta phase.

4. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when registering.
Keep your credentials confidential.
Enable and maintain mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA).
Do not share your account or API keys with unauthorised third parties.
Notify WeDevIt immediately of any suspected account compromise at [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You may only use TicksyAI for legitimate software development workflows for which you hold the necessary authorisations. Prohibited uses include automated abuse, connecting integrations to systems you are not authorised to access, circumventing security controls, and reselling the service without prior written consent.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Content generated by TicksyAI agents (implementation plans, code reviews, summaries) are automated suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and acting on any AI-generated output. WeDevIt is not liable for decisions made based on agent output.

7. Intellectual Property

WeDevIt retains all intellectual property rights in the TicksyAI platform. You retain full ownership of your source code, Jira tickets, and AI-generated results derived from your data. You grant WeDevIt a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Unused tokens do not roll over (except the lifetime Try plan).
You may cancel at any time from the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations mid-period, unless otherwise decided by WeDevIt.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeDevIt shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. WeDevIt's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for WeDevIt's registered address, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
